For anyone new to essential oils I highly recommend you go out and buy a diffuser, amazon sells them. One thing I’ll suggest when buying one is that it has a timer for at a minimum 3-4 hours. Also look to see if it works best for whatever size room you are looking to have it in. There are some that are better for small vs big rooms.
Currently I am diffusing wild orange (2-3 drops), white fir (2 drops), and cedarwood (2 drops). It is a wonderful grounding but uplifting blend with the citrus and woodsy smells.
